Bird Watching Tours On Lake Conroe
|

|
Birding has become more and more popular on Lake Conroe because more
and more birders are discovering the abundant resources that the Lake has to offer. In years past we had an occasional sighting of a Bald Eagle; but, today these sightings are very common in some areas
of the Lake. The winter months are great months for seeing, Osprey, Great Egret, Great Blue Heron, Great Cormorant, Neotropic Cormorant, Common Loon; Bufflehead; Common Goldeneye; American
Coot; Eared
Grebe; Pied-Billed Grebe; American White Pelican, Wood Duck, Ring-necked Duck, King Fisher, Blue Birds and many others. Our tours concentrate on being able to locate and photograph Eagles, Osprey and the many aquatic birds that are found making their home on the Lake and in the surrounding wildlife habitat. Bald Eagles are a favorite year around and many aquatic birds make Lake Conroe their home year around. Click Bird Links
